I’ve read and listened to a lot on structuring companies differently to the traditional way we see around us. Influences like Richard…Branson from Virgin, and Jason Fried from 37Signals have left me much to ponder as Rocking grows. This TED talk expands on that a little more. There are two comments he makes that really stand out to me: If you have to give back, you’ve taken too much. That really has me thinking about how much is enough? Too much? Everyone knows how to do work email on a Sunday, but not many people know how to go to the Movies on a Monday afternoon.
